二、应用前景：将本系统应用于海洋船舶和陆地远距离及恶劣工作环境中，便于工程集中管理，极大地减轻劳动强度，节省人力和时间，提高安全可靠性，降低企业的生产管理成本，有着十分广阔的前景。
三、系统结构：本系统硬件由①计算机操控台；②智能泵站；③换向阀装置；④阀门执行机构；⑤应急泵等主要部件组成，软件部份运用组态程序，执行对液位、压力、温度、开闭角度、管线破裂的操控和监视。
四、技术形式：本系统现为二种形式。工程选用时可选用A-直接操控式；由计算机对远距离和复杂工作环境的多点阀门进行监视遥控，用户可以在计算机操控台独立操控被控阀门的运行状态；B-集中分布式；由数个分布的独立操控台（下位机）与上位机操控台联网，形成集中分布式控制。运行时控制距离与位置均无限制要求。
五、运行保障：系统实行三套操控装置，运行时可进行智能与手动操作切换；必要时采用应急泵操控。确保在任何环境下可使阀门正常开闭。

Third, system characteristics: This system’s hardware is consisted of ①The computer control’s console ②Intelligent pumping station ③Sector valve mechanism ④Valve implementing agency ⑤Emergency pumping station and so on. The software part use operating procedure to carry out the distant surveillance and monitor about the fluid position ,the pressure, the temperature ,the opening and closing angle ,the pipeline bursting.
Fourth, technical structure: At present, this system has two kinds of structural styles. A-direct control can be used in the engineering applying .With the computer’s remote surveillance to multicast of valves which is long-distance and complex working condition ,the consumer can independent operate the controlled valve’s running status in the console of computer. B-focus on distribution: Through a number of independent control console (lower computer) and the host computer to realize on-line, it generate the way of focus on distribution. There is no limited request between control distance and position.
